High Roller Blinds backs every product with one of the strongest guarantees in Las Vegas. Below is a plain-English summary of what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to file a claim.


1. General Coverage

  • Who’s covered? Only the original purchaser. The warranty can’t be transferred to future homeowners or tenants.

  • What’s covered? Defects in materials and workmanship that show up during normal residential use.

  • What you’ll need: Proof of purchase (invoice, sales receipt, or paid contract).


2. What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover

  • Routine wear (e.g., fabric edges fraying, minor surface scuffs).

  • Abuse, misuse, or ignoring the care instructions we provide.

  • DIY alterations, third-party repairs, or installations not performed or approved by High Roller Blinds.

  • Damage from flooding, excessive humidity, extreme heat, fire, or any act of nature.

  • Commercial, rental, Airbnb, or other non-residential use—unless we’ve agreed to it in writing.

4. How to File a Claim

  3. We review: Our team will confirm whether the claim is covered.

  4. Resolution: We’ll choose to repair, replace, or supply parts—whichever fixes the problem and keeps your windows looking sharp.

Please allow reasonable processing time; most claims are resolved within 2–4 weeks.


5. Limits & Legal Stuff

This warranty is your sole remedy for product defects. High Roller Blinds isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (think: labor charges, lost time, or any cost beyond repairing/replacing the product). State laws vary, so you may have additional rights.
